Andre Kupfermunz

Born December 29, 1943, in Romans sur Isere in France of parents in the resistance, Andre Kupfermunz grew up in the 1950s and specialized in international trade until the 1980s.

 

In 1988, he took ceramic sculpture classes at the Academie des beaux arts/Uccles in Belgium, and in 1990 at the Pratt institute and the Pearson school in New York City.

 

He has held exhibitions in Brussels, Belgium, Taos and Dixon, New Mexico, and Union City, New Jersey. Andre presently lives in New York and Tampa Florida.
